R.M. OF WHISKA CREEK NO. 106
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the R.M. of Whiska Creek No. 106 intends to consider a development permit application to expand an Intensive Livestock Operation which is a discretionary use of land requiring Council approval in accordance with The Planning and Development Act, 2007.
An application has been submitted by the Hutterian Brethren of Spring Lake Inc. for discretionary use approval to expand the existing Intensive Livestock Operation located at NW 24 12 12 W3. The proposed expansion will increase the Animal Units by 639.

PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pambrun Hall in Pambrun, SK. to hear any person or group wishing to comment on the proposed development. Council will also consider written submission received at the hearing or delivered to the undersigned at the Municipal Office prior to the hearing.

Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the R.M. of Whiska Creek No. 106 intends to have an information session in regards to the Irrigation Development by the Hutterian Brethren Church of Spring Lake Inc. and the McMahon Colony Farming Co. Ltd. on March 31, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Pambrun Hall, Pambrun, SK.
Water Security Agency will facilitate the meeting and provide a presentation on the Irrigation.
